Troy moved to Adelaide from the South East of South Australia in 2008 to undertake tertiary studies including a Bachelor of Health Science. Prior to joining our team, Troy worked as a Law Clerk obtaining invaluable experience in complex property and children's matters in the Federal Circuit Court and Family Court of Australia.

Troy joined our firm in January 2013 as a Law Clerk assisting our Injury and Family lawyers.

Having completed his Bachelor of Laws and his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice in 2014, he now joins our team of lawyers.

Whether it be concerning children or property, married, de facto or same-sex couples, Troy has a passion for assisting his Family Law clients in difficult times and strives to obtain a just and practical resolution. He understands the complexities involved in Family Law matters and recognises that heightened emotions are often the first hurdle in settling disputes.

Troy's commercial clients can rest assured that he appreciates the variables that affect the important decisions that must be made daily in business transactions and that his advice is tailored to each client individually.

Troy acts with a pragmatic approach to the application of legal principles in his client's specific circumstances, whilst also acting as a strong and knowledgeable advocate to obtain the best possible outcome for his clients. His approachable demeanour allows Troy to quickly develop a positive rapport with his clients, whilst providing advice that is timely, realistic and clear. Because of this, Troy's clients are armed with the right advice to make the best decisions for their future.

Troy is a member of the Law Society of South Australia, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, and the University of South Australia Law School Alumni Board. Troy is admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia, the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and the High Court of Australia.
