Lawyer
We are seeking a Lawyer to join our team in response to increasing demand across all areas of our firm. The successful applicant for this role will primarily work in our Gawler office in one or more core areas of our practice which includes Wills and Estate Planning, Deceased Estates, Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Business and Commercial Law, Family Law, Injury Law, Property Law and Conveyancing. Applicants with all levels of experience are encouraged to apply.
Your responsibilities will include:
– providing clear, practical and concise legal advice;

– forging and building strong client relationships;
– continually exploring opportunities for developing new business.
What will you bring?
The successful candidate will be a professional, dedicated and enthusiastic individual who possesses the following:
– admission to the Supreme Court of South Australia and the High Court of Australia;
– drivers licence;
– excellent written and verbal communications skills including strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate effectively and compassionately;
– effective and professional use of computer systems for the generation of Court and other documents and correspondence;
– exceptional negotiation skills;
– demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management;
– ability to exercise judgment and resolve problems quickly;
– ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
– strong organisational skills and capacity to be detail-oriented;
– high level of integrity and professional accountability.
