Nick has a special interest in estate planning, deceased estates (including inheritance claims and will disputes), business law, civil litigation and injury law. However, Nick has a broad range of expertise and works in a variety of areas of law.
Nick enjoys finding solutions for clients and helping them to achieve outcomes during difficult moments in their life as well as assisting clients to prepare for their future, whether personally through their estate planning or for their business. Nick is also passionate about the history of our firm and the importance of the Rudall family history to the story of Gawler.
Nick is known for providing clear, concise and strategic legal advice and treating all people with respect. Nick attended Gawler East Primary School and completed his secondary education at Faith Lutheran at Tanunda in The Barossa Valley where he was the Captain in his senior year. Nick is the Chairperson of Xavier College, a board member for Gawler Community Retirement Homes and a committee member at Sandy Creek Cricket Club. Nick lives in Gawler with his family and still tries to run around with the Gawler Hockey Club (but perhaps frankly should retire) and plays guitar in an instrumental band. Nick enjoys supporting South Australian brewers and winemakers.
